I like the coloured version the most. Personally I'm not a big fan of black white so that's maybe the most important that I would choose the coloured version.
The black white and old paper version both look very good but as said before they could use some little more contrast.
For all three version I think it will work out what you did to the pictures, personal taste

Hi Rik, I prefer the coloured one and I agree with fotogravenswaay about more depht and contrast in all the pictures

My choice is 3, 1 , 2, but with more constrast, I agree with other, it will give more "personality" to your picture.

Hi Rik,
I prefer the old paper one, but colored is also great (for me).
I understand your dilemma because I allways have more options of the same pic, and allways have question which is better
